Heather Mundrick started her EMS career in 2001 while volunteering as a firefighter for the Willowvale Fire Company Inc. in Chadwicks, NY.  She was a Lieutenant before becoming the Captain, a position she held for approximately 5 years. Mundrick took the Advanced EMT class in 2018 when she started working part time at Kunkel.  In 2020, she began working for Kunkel full-time, and advanced to Paramedic in 2022, after working in a gastroenterologist office for 20 years. She is the 5th generation of fire and EMS in her family and is currently the Paramedic Supervisor for Squad 2.
